Black Ironbark Honey is for the acquired and adventurous palate.
This honey is woody with a fermented after taste and is light in colour. The smell leaves behind a distant memory of hops.
Enjoy with a hard cheese (Softened, slightly caramelised onions on the side to accompany the dish.)
